Nika cooks: Low Carb Burger Buns

SHE DID IT AGAIN! SHE COOKED THE WORLD WILL GO DOWN AHHHHHHHHH
Yeah, it happened yesterday and i'm actually pretty happy how it turned out. The buns can be made sweet or just "normal", whatever tooth you are and they're so simply, it hurts!!!
I found the recepie on a german cooking website, so it's not mine but i tried it... so yeah :D
What you need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100g of cream cheese
  • pinch of salt
  • if you want: Sesam
Seperate the egg white and the egg yolk. Mix the egg yolk with the cream cheese and the salt (this is not in the direction on the website, but it helped me: beat the egg yolk stiff) and do so with the egg white. After everything is nice and stiff (pun intended) fold the egg white into the mass and mix it carefully.
When this is done, just take a spoon and part the mixture into six, not so perfect, circles on a baking tray with baking paper (obviously) and then pop them in the oven for 25-ish minutes or just till they're gold brown by 150°C.
That's all! Now belay them with something you really like, I for example put some tomatoes with feta on it and my favorite vegan spread, it was heaven! And of course make them like you want, sweet or saulty everything is up to your imagination. Have a nice sunday and a awesome start into the new week!
